Product quality is good but received an solar panel with broken glass top.

I've recently placed an order for 30W Solar flood light vide Order #34712 on dated 19-9-2025. The product quality is good but I've received a solar panel with broken glass top. If this is the fault of the shipping agency, I suggest Hardoll Enterprises to switch your courier partner, as the parcel I've received was mishandled in many ways viz. the box, both outer and main packing case was fully smeared with some oil, and despite of proper packing and cushioning by the seller the glass of the solar panel got damaged, which indicates heavy dropping of the box.
Now, I want to know what can I do now, as it has already took so many days for me to receive the item since the date of order. Whether the item can be replaced.
